Breathwork is a transformative practice that centers around the intentional control of your breath. It is commonly employed to access profound states of consciousness, fostering self-awareness, emotional equilibrium, and spiritual development.
During my Breathwork sessions, individuals manipulate their breath in a specific manner to enter a meditative state, accompanied by music.
We will practice conscious connected breathing for about 45 minutes and thereby induce altered states of consciousness. Some of the sessions will include breath holds. We always start with a thorough introduction and end with an integration phase and optional journaling. Each session will have a theme I guide you through an intention setting and a reflection during the session. Potential themes are:
- Breathwork to manifest abundance
- Breathwork to let go of limiting beliefs
- Breathwork to connect to your higher self
- Breathwork to create clarity
