I teach you how to use Yoga as a tool to let go of your stress and reconnect with your body.
In my classes I focus a lot on the breath and therefore also include some pranayama (breathing exercises). I help you to connect with your self and your body and invite you to challenge yourself.
In addition to my weekly classes in Zurich I also offer private classes for 1-3 people online.
Whenever the weather allows I teach an outdoor class at Josefwiese in Zurich on Sundays at 10am.
